The opposition leaders about the action on August, 16 in Minsk

On August, 12 a press conference concerning the answer of the Minsk city Executive Committee to the submitted application will take place in Minsk.
The participants of the press conference will be the Chairman of Belarusian Social Democratic Hramada Stanislau Shushkevich, the leader of the civil campaign “European Belarus” Andrei Sannikov, the Chairman of the United Civil Party Anatol Lyabedzka, the head of the “Fair World” Party Syarhei Kalyakin, the leader of “Tell the Truth!” campaign Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu, the head of Minsk city organization of BNF Party Viktar Ivashkevich.
The press conference will take place on August, 12, at 12.00 in the office of the United Civil party (V.Kharuzhey, 22 - 1701).
We would like to remind that the leaders of the opposition submitted the application for conducting an action under the slogan “We demand international investigation of the cases of the lost!” on August, 16 in Minsk. The action is to begin at 6 p.m. near the Academy of Sciences and continue in procession walking down to Liberty Square.
