Lukashenka didn’t send birthday greetings to Medvedev

The Belarusian ruler didn’t receive congratulations from the Russian president in August.
President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev marked his 45th birthday on September 14. He receives numerous birthday greetings, including ones from the heads of the former Soviet republics.
Leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Abkhazia, Transnistria congratulated Medvedev. Medvedev had telephone conversations with Ilham Aliyev, Serzh Sargsyan, Nursultan Nazarbayev and Viktor Yanukovich, “Belorusskie Novosti” reports.
Neither Belarusian nor Russian official sources reported about Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s greetings to Medvedev.
