I am happy to learn that Mariya Aliyeva is still alive and active and I support her views and efforts. In 1999 she was honoured with The Trade Union Rights Award of the Netherlands Trade Union Confederation FNV. I send her my warm regards. Let us hope that the December elections will bring the political change that so many people have been longing and hoping for during too many years already.
