Zmitser Bandarenka finishes reading his case

Zmitser Bandarenka, a coordinator of European Belarus civil campaign, has finished reading the materials of his criminal case.

It took Zmitser a day and a half to read two volumes of the case, charter97.org learned from the wife of the political prisoner, Volha Bandarenka.

The lawyer gave the politician’s wife Bandarenka’s personal belongings seized at the arrest.

The case against Zmitser Bandarenka will be heard separately, supposedly in late April or early May.

We remind that on April 4, the coordinator of European Belarus civil campaign was brought a new, softer accusation under part 1 of article 342 (organizing or preparing the actions that breach public order, or taking active part in similar actions). Earlier, he was accused of organizing the so called mass riot.

Zmitser Bandarenka was arrested at home in the morning of December 20, after the dispersal of a peaceful protest demonstration against the rigged elections.
