Minsk does not know about Berlusconi’s planned visit

The Embassy of Italy in Minsk does not have information regarding a visit of the country’s Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi to Belarus in late May.
“We do not have this information so far,” Interfax-Zapad news agency learned from the Italian Embassy in Belarus.
The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs also did not confirm the information about Berlusconi’s planned visit to Minsk.
Earlier, media cited the lawyer of the Italian PM, who said his client would not attend the court hearings on May 30 and 31 due to a planned visit to Belarus.
