Violations of law and human rights by police are crossing far over the boundaries.
Several dozens of people have taken part in promenading in Baranavichy.
Three were detained, INTEX-PRESS writes. Among them are a democratic activist Uladzimir Hundar, a disabled person of second category. First policemen offered him to go with them and be fingerprinted, and then he was taken to the police department by force. There he was offered to sign a document that he would not take part in unsanctioned rallies any more. Hundar refused. Other arrested were also invited for “conversations” one by one. They all were released in a few hours. Hundar was told that… no one detained him, and he came to the police department himself. He had not been fingerprinted.
