Zmitser Bandarenka faces new problems with health

The health of Zmitser Bandarenka deteriorated – he faced problems with vessels in addition to the problems with his spine bone.

Volha Bandarenka has not received letters from her husband for two weeks. She received three letters on Friday. Zmitser’s health worsened:

“He has faced new problems with vessels in additions to the problems with his back bone. He writes he was suffering from awful headache in December. He receives treatment, injections. But it does not help. Frankly speaking, I worry about this more that about his back. Pain in back means possibly disability, which is frightful. But vessels and clots worry me more...”

Zmitser Bandarenka underwent a serious spinal surgery in prison. He has had high blood pressure for one month. Medicines do not help. He was able to sit down five months after the surgery, but he began to suffer from back pain and herniated discs in thoracocervical sector. He will probably need another operation.”
