Second-year Young Front activist expelled from Belarusian National Technical University

Mikhail Musski sent a complaint to Belarusian minister of education Syarhei Maskevich.

The official ground was absence from classes. The student served two arrests of 7 and 10 days in a detention centre last semester.

He got the first arrest for throwing eggs at the communists, who gathered for a rally near the monument to Lenin. He was arrested for the second time for an action of solidarity with political prisoners on December 19.

The guy says he regards his expulsion from the university as illegal. He wrote in the complain to the minister:

“I want to know why I have been expelled. In accordance with the charter of the university, I had a good excuse – administrative arrests. I should not have been detained,” he says.

Musski does not plan sue the university in court. He says it is a waste of time, Euroradio reports.
