EU ambassadors returning to Belarus

The ambassadors of Sweden, Poland and Lithuania have returned to Belarus today.
Stefan Eriksson, Leszek Szerepka and Edminas Bagdonas have crossed the Belarusian border and return to their workplaces.
The Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Belarus, Jiri Karas, said to Radio Svaboda on April 24 he planned to come back to Minsk on Friday, April 27.
Ambassador of Estonia Jaak Lensment said he would return by the end of the week, but did not give the exact date. He only said he was on vacation.
According to ru.delfi.lt, Ambassador of Lithuania to Belarus Edminas Bagdonas is also returning to his workplace in Minsk.
On February 28, ambassador of Poland to Belarus Leszek Szarepka and head of the EU Delegation to Belarus Maira Mora were recommended by official Minsk to leave Belarus for their capitals “for consultations”. All ambassadors of the EU countries were recalled from Minsk to their countries for consultations as a sign of solidarity. Europe's main demand to Belarus is the release of political prisoners. The Belarusian authorities recalled the permanent representative of Belarus to the European Union and the Belarusian Ambassador to Poland.
