Sikorski and Paet to open seminar for belarusian NGO in Tallinn

Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski has arrived to Estonia.
The foreign ministers of Estonia and Poland, Urmas Paet and Radoslaw Sikorski, will open a seminar for representatives of Belarus' civil society in Tallinn on Monday.
During a working lunch, the ministers will discuss the European Union's Multiannual Financial Framework 2014–2020 and energy and security policies and address the situation in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, according to the foreign Polish foreign ministry's press office.
Mr. Sikorski will also visit Berlin and hold consultations with his German counterpart Guido Westerwelle. The ministers will discuss current European issues, including the eurozone crisis and the future of the EU, and also the situation in Ukraine, Belarus and Russia, the press office said.
