An activist of Young Front Uladzimir Jaromenak was arrested for three days before the Freedom Day.
A human rights activist Anastasija Lojka reported that to the charter97.org web-site.
Today in Pershamajski court Uladzimir Jaromenak appealed against his 12 day administrative arrest, which took place at the end of January.
“While being in custody he appealed the verdict. The consideration of the appeal took place on 26 February. And Minsk city court cancelled the court’s resolution, because Jaromenak was absent at the process and the appeal was sent for another consideration. Today there was another consideration in Pershamajski court. But together with the first case, two more facts of violation of the preventive surveillance were considered and all the three cases were combined. For each of the facts he was sentenced to 15 days of arrest. Altogether it accounted for 15 days, out of which he had already spent 12 in prison. So he still must serve three days for violating the surveillance. And so it happened that it is right before the Freedom Day”, - the human rights activist said.
At the moment they are taking the activist to the prison in Akrestsina street.
We would remind that the activist of Young Front Uladzimir Jaromenak was arrested in January 2011 as a suspect on the case of the mass disturbances. He was sentenced to three years in prison. He served the term in a colony near Vitsebsk. In August 2011 he was pardoned together with other people involved. He was put in prison several times after that according to administrative articles.
