Blogger finds proof of Lukashenka's meeting with strippers

Participants of the Miss Minsk 2013 beauty pageant received official invitations on behalf of the Belarusian ruler.

One of the invitations was sent to Natallia Bashura, a go-go dancer and runner-up in the Miss Minsk 2013 contest. The same invitations were delivered to other Minsk striptease dancers who took part in the notorious beauty contest, blogger d-zholik writes.

Information that Lukashenka and his little son Kolia met with participants of the Miss Minsk 2013 final went public some days after the contest results were announced. The solemn event that gathered the dictator's family, Minsk's top officials and heads of state television channels took place on June 28.

“Some girls didn't want to go. But it was obligatory. You wasn't allowed to reject the invitation. After the reception, which was attended by Kolia (some girls talked to him), many girls went to nightclubs where they work,” a participant of the reception said.

The president's press service denied this information after the scandal saying that Lukashenka attended the national graduation ball for university students on June 28.

Miss Minsk 2013 contest was organised by the Minsk city executive committee, STV channel and the National Beauty School. The final was held in Minsk's Palace of Sport on June 27.
