Ukraine’s Prime Minister urges the world community not to ignore the fact of the military aggression committed by Russia.
Arseniy Yatsenyuk said so during the session of the Cabinet of Ministers, “Ukrainskiye novosti” report.
“I would like to address [the world community], for the world to stop suffering from geopolitical colour-blindness, as not dozens, but hundreds of “red lines” had been crossed, thousands are killed by the Russian military aggression,” he stated.
The prime minister stressed that Ukraine needs a peaceful resolution of the situation in Donbas, but in order to reach it, a consolidated support of all countries of the international community is needed.
Yatsenyuk underlined that to his mind, the Ukrainian leadership is doing everything possible to resolve the situation, but at the moment Ukraine cannot compete with Russia which is a nuclear state.
We remind that Ukraine’s president Petro Poroshenko believes in a possibility of a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Donbas, eastern Ukraine.
