Tsentralny District Court of Minsk will consider an administrative case against Chairman of the United Civil Party at 10 am, November 20.

Anatol Liabedzka will be tried for a commemoration event of those died in Stalin repressions. It was held near the KGB building on October 29. Article 23.34 AC - violation of order or delivery of mass events, ucpb.org writes.

"The UCP leader plans to visit the show to personally present his attitude towards this," the statement says.

On November 20 at 3 pm the Minsk City Court will consider a complaint of Anatol Liabedzka against the decision of the Tsentralny District Court on finding him guilty under Art. 23.34, para 3 AC (violation of order or repeated delivery of mass events after fine for the same violation) and fine 50 basic units (BYR9 million) for participation in "Procession of the National Flag" that was held in Minsk, October 10.
