That is, the state pays the guys who learned for six years (and this is not some cultural studies, this is a science with constant learning by heart and endless trips across the city because departments are located in different clinics) such a miserable salary, the only fact is terrifying. And they offer the way out - to make them pay a remaining sum. We can only wonder what stage of dementia they suffer from. By the way, we are right.

Yesterday my friend told me another story: "A wife's friend had a gynecological operation at school. There was an inflammatory process. Later she got married. Her husband knew about it, but, fortunately, the IVF was invented. Only the six attempt was successful, now they have twins. They even sold their property to do the IVF. Children often get sick, and their mother spends time with them, and her husband do everything to earn for living. And she finally got the "letter of happiness". She is a sponger."

Then there should be a break of not less than six months to let the body to recover from hormonal doses, and other things. Children born as a result of the IVF, are really hard won - morally, physically and financially. In most countries of the world the IVF is included in health insurance. Even Russia has included it in the policy of obligatory medical insurance. Belarus can only offer a credit for carrying out the IVF with a subsequent tax on parasitism. What a poor, miserable, degenerate bureaucratic fantasy...

The paper fight of the tax authorities is really hard. Sponger notices are sent everyone: people abroad, women on maternity leave, dischargees, the disabled people, interns, people with many children, the dead. The situation with the dead is clear - they will not give up on us. It is convenient to make of them voters, debtors and spongers. They are not able to sue or to make a scandal anymore, but will gladly improve statistics. What about alive? Those who can resist? The thing is that while they collect papers, take leave from job, negotiate with relatives who "will take care of a child", change the working schedule, plan a trip to Belarus (after, for example, 20 years of absence), all terms of payment will expire, but the statistics is thwarted with a band and presented to the leader as a gift to March 8.

And this is the truth, just remember. In late December when tax officials reported on successful completion of the campaign on identification of spongers, the figure amounted to 75 thousand people. Moreover, officials said that 15 thousand had already proved their right not to pay the tax. As a result, we have 60 000. Well, good job, you can relax. But after the new year mailboxes of Belarusians have started to be filled with notices. Lukashenka told about 400 000 of spongers. And, apparently, on corporates parties employees of tax services caught it in the neck: "The ruler said "400 thousand", it means you should find them, otherwise, you will clean the streets. Let them do not exist, but you should pretend they do. What are you paid for?"

And they "invent" them. They themselves do not know where to find almost a half million of Belarusian spongers and try to invent them to the best of their meager abilities. Here we have packs of "letters of happiness" mindlessly sent to the unemployed, people with low income, students, junior doctors, soldiers, imprisoned and disabled people... It all looks like a drunken dance at a wedding - one more toast, a word or a move and a fight starts. And be sure, it will start.

However, bureaucrats have not realized yet - the more people recognized spongers, the lesser chances for them to survive. Earthfork do not get into the issue - who is a performer, a sender or who's been on vacation that time. It is a mindless piece of metal on a wooden stick - an exact copy of a Belarusian bureaucrat.
