Journalists came to Talachin and tried to find virtuosos in the regional executive committee who could play such an instrument. But no talents were found there. They were sent to the Kakhanova School of Arts, where more than 200 pupils study.

“All music schools are now in the same state, their instruments need to be repaired, that is why it is a gift from the chairman of the district executive committee as an update," – Maryna Dudchanka, the head of the ideological work department, explains.

However, the chairman of the regional executive committee pays for such a present not with his own money, but with the money of the residents of the district, collected due to their unpaid work at subbotniks. Also, according to the chief regional ideologist, the head of the folk song and music ensemble Alexandrina works at the Kakhanava School of Arts.
