White-red-white flags were fluttering In Slutsk for two days.
On Sunday, November 26, events dedicated to the anniversary of the Slutsk armed uprising continued in Slutsk, kurjer.info writes.
FIRST DAY. On Saturday, November 25, members of the BPF Adradzhanne party, the Young Front, the For Freedom movement and Christian Democrats visited historical places (Hrozava, Semiazhova, Chyrvonaya Slabada) and held a march and rally in the Slutsk city park. Speakers repeatedly stressed at the rally that the struggle of Slutsk residents in 1920 became the foundation of today's independent Belarus.
According to Dzmitry Dashkevich, Slutsk soldiers who died for the Motherland made the greatest manifestation of love in this world.
Pavel Seviarynets noted that once the authorities would be ashamed that they pushed this march to the backyards of Slutsk and for some reason did not allow marching along the central street of the city.

– They make us believe that the Belarusian people are dead and do not deserve anything, – the politician said. – The people, who managed to organize themselves and elect 107 delegates of the Slutsk congress, and then formed a combat brigade and went to fight against the Bolshevik army, are real heroes. They deserve streets in all the cities of Belarus were named after them.
During the event, seven new Young Front members took the oath of allegiance to Belarus.
SECOND DAY. On Sunday, activists of the BPF Conservative Christian Party travelled along the route Hrozava-Semiazhova-Chyrvonaya Slabada (formerly Vyzna).
After the trip, the participants gathered in Slutsk for a rally, which was held on the same place as the day before. Despite the rainy weather, more than 70 people took part in the rally, more than twenty of them were city residents. Artist Ales Pushkin and public activist Alina Nahornaya were among participating in the commemorating events.
The party leaders mentioned in their speeches, that the merit of Slutsk soldiers is that the Belarusian spirit has been preserved in the country. They talked about new external and internal challenges for the existence of Belarus as a state, about the failed economic policy of the government, called on those present to fight for the Belarusianess of the state and its future.

– The Russian economy is like a rotten tree, where a good apple just cannot grow up, – party leader Yury Belianki said. – The destructive commitment to Russia has already bore fruit. In addition, a metropolis is usually not interested in the development of its colony. Belarusians massively leave the country, soon there will be no one to work for paying off pensions.
The politician noted that an open propaganda war that cripples people's souls is being waged in Belarus.
Minsk resident Aliaksandra Hrytskevich, who is a relative of the famous historian Anatol Hrytskevich, told the participants of the rally in Hrozava about two of her grandfathers who participated in the Slutsk armed uprising.

Vasil Hrytskevich – her grandfather on the father's line, Matvei Kirdsei – on the mother's line. Then they managed to survive, but in 1936 they were both arrested for taking part in the "bandit" action of 1920.
The papers testified about the verdict – 25 years of forced labor without the right of correspondence. In fact, one of them was shot almost immediately after his arrest, the second was tortured to death in Slutsk prison. The granddaughter still does not know where they are buried.
The resident of Slutsk Anatol participated in both actions. He said that he was "so done with" living in our country and for him it was time for self-identification. On November 25, he first participated in a rally dedicated to the memory of Slutsk rebels. Today, on November 26, he met the participants of the action of the CCP-BPF (the Conservative Christian Party of the Belarusian People's Front) in Hrozava.
Another not indifferent Slutsk dweller also called himself Anatol. He regretted that the national forces are divided and come in two different columns even to celebrate the anniversary of the Slutsk uprising.

– It's not enough just to talk about struggle for Belarus, it's necessary to fight for it in deed – the man expressed his opinion. – Lack of interaction between like-minded parties is disastrous for the country.
At the same time, Anatol noted that he was pleased to see that two white-red flags were waving in Slutsk at least for two days.
