— You need to be an engineer to create a clock. The current Belarus has lawyers —swindlers—KGB agents — only three professions. This is bad. The country needs engineers. Here lies the colossal mistake of the current elite. This planted the crisis processes in which we are today.

Aliaksandr Lukashenka, not being, say, a graduate student at the Department of Economic Theory at some University, could not think that the creation of the market, the market economy requires tens of thousands of separate, independent producers with their financial and industrial capital, which would act in accordance with their interests, focusing only on the market mechanisms. This huge number of subjects was created in China.

The Chinese just expanded the space of the development of the human drive — everyone got the opportunity to create their own business: hairdressing salons, shops, private firms. That is, they have created a space for the realization of the potential of all people. Lukashenka’s fundamental mistake is that he did not give everyone this chance: to have their own piece of land, to build a house. What does the government discuss now? I was shown the MPs’ enquiries. They ask how to subsidize apartments in concrete blocks.

Entrepreneurs will start growing, the process of concentration, centralization of capital will be going on. They will grow to become medium and large enterprises. In this phase, the state-owned, dumb and stupid enterprises will go into the hands of these people who started with nothing, having made themselves. I believe that if privatization was announced today, all the property would be seized by the officials, who love other people's stuff.

If the business has risen, all — officials, Lukashenka, the Prime Minister — should encourage the development of their own national business. At first small, then medium, then big. Just thank them. Bring them flowers. And gifts on the New Year.

Napoleon used to say that the nation, which does not want to feed its army, will feed someone else’s. We have ruined our business. It was replaced by the foreign one — from Lithuania, Russia, Estonia. The government is only talking about patriotism. I don’t know what they are thinking about.

Let us talk science terms — all the guys, starting from Lukashenka, should leave and resign. You guys have already played your Polonaise by Oginski. You played without a score, changing tones. They do not need self-improvement, all they need to do is leave. I am of the opinion that if a person is not able to do something, then he should just go and relax. We must let our guys go with gratitude. It’s time to change the team. We need new people, new ideas, new values.

We need to remove this strange, outdated and bad formula as a presidential country. We should make the country a parliamentary republic, where the prime minister is appointed for 5 years professionally.

If the general population is given the chance to participate in a market economy, the income will start to grow in unexpected positions. It may be small and medium businesses. The average income will increase, the middle class will be formed. This is very important. When the income of the middle class rises, it will be possible to make more effective social policy ... As for the ultra-high incomes, they are easy to kill. With this, young beautiful long-legged girls can cope perfectly.
