California Court Took Azaranka's Side In Case Of Her Son’s Custody

The decision on Viktoryja Azaranka’s son’s custody has been entrusted to the Belarusian court.

As reported by championat.com with reference to TMZ, the California court delivered a judgement in favor of Viktoryja Azaranka in the case of her son Leo Alexander’s custody.

Earlier, the sportswoman was insisting that the case should be considered not in the motherland of the boy's father, in the US, but in Belarus. Child’s father Billy has three weeks to appeal against the decision.

We remind that until the court delivered the judgement, Azarenka had been forbidden to leave California with her son, thus missing almost half of last season.

The ex-first racket of the world plans to return with his son to Belarus as soon as possible. At the same time Azaranka wants the child’s father to take part in Leo’s life, and hopes to repair relations with him.
