The other day Belarus established diplomatic relations with the Bahamas.
Belarus has established diplomatic relations with Barbados. According to the press service of the Foreign Ministry, the document was signed in New York by our country's permanent representative to the UN, Valiantsin Rybakou, and Permanent Representative of Barbados to the same organization, Henrietta Elizabeth Thompson. They discussed the prospects of cooperation, including in the field of tourism.
Barbados is a country located on the islands of the eastern Caribbean Sea, with a population of less than 300,000 (there are more people in any regional center of Belarus). Barbados declared independence in 1966.
