Andrei Klintsevich got to the Peacemaker database as a person involved in crimes in Ukraine.

Andrei Klintsevich, son of Russian politician Franz Klintsevich, works in the Russian embassy in Minsk. Recently, Andrei Klintsevich has been listed as the acting head of Rossotrudnichestvo representative office in Belarus, nn.by reports.

Franz Klintsevich was born in Ashmiany ( Hrodna region), but he felt himself as being Russian during his service in Russia.

Franz Klintsevich served in Afghanistan and later headed one of the veteran unions. He was a member of the Russian parliament from 1999 to 2015, once running for office in Chechnya. He then served as a Federation Council member from the Smolensk region.

Franz's son, Andrei, also began a career in the military, just like his father, he served in the landing troops.

He left the service because of his back injury, but it seems not entirely: the Ukrainian media repeatedly mentioned him in a negative context and noted his frequent visits to the occupied territory of Crimea and Donbas.
