Every working day protests are held in front of the embassy.
More than 350 Belarusians living in Germany called on Ambassador of Belarus to Germany Dzianis Sidarenka and all employees of the embassy to express publicly their position on the illegal retention of power by Lukashenka, as well as on the countless facts of violations of the Constitution and laws of the country, Belsat informs.
The citizens remind of the undeniable, numerous facts of violence during arrests and torture against those who peacefully seek the resignation of the power they did not vote for.
The Belarusians in Germany called on the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to support the demand of the Belarusian people to release all political prisoners and to hold fair and transparent elections.

Belarusians living in perhaps the most influential country of the European Union had previously sent written appeals and petitions to the embassy urging them to stand up for the Belarusian people. The various initiatives created before and after the August elections tried to establish a dialogue with the embassy. For example, the Belarusian association Razam addressed the Belarusian embassy with the request for a meeting, but was turned down.
Subsequent appeals of association members and appeals to the embassy to express their position on the situation in Belarus were ignored.
Since September 8 every working day rallies and pickets have been held in front of the building of the official representative office of Belarus in the Federal Republic of Germany, organized by activists Taras Siakerka and Mikhail Taube, they intend to draw attention of the Belarusian mission and local community to the acute situation in Belarus.
Signatures under the petition have been collected at solidarity rallies in Dusseldorf, Braunschweig, Berlin and Potsdam, as well as via the network. The letters were delivered to the ambassador on October 2, 3, 7.
