The Kremlin hierarchy knows it.
Alfred Koch, the former Russian Deputy Prime Minister and now an entrepreneur, drew attention to a photo taken during a visit of Kremlin propagandists to Minsk.
It should be recalled that the Editor-in-Chief of Russia Today Margarita Simonyan and several other Moscow guests recently visited the capital of Belarus to have an interview with Aliaksandr Lukashenka.

"Big bosses in Russia (and in the USSR) have a manner of drawing back, expressing their composed condescending joy when meeting bosses of lower rank. Simonyan demonstrated it with Lukashenka," writes Koch.
- The body language revealed the thing they are all trying to hide. He is a downed pilot in their hierarchy.
(Because a Russian official unwittingly draws forward to a higher-ranking boss and bends down a little as Lukashenka did).
