"They think about how to retain power at any cost. That's their program, they do not think about the economy. And who is there to think about it? If someone gives their names, then I may apologize and say that I was wrong about the presence of thinkers in the government. But it seems to me that their understanding of economics is at the level of an agricultural college," - Shlyndzikau said.
