An open video message from Volha Brytsikava, Chairperson of the Primary Organization of the Belarusian Independent Trade Union of Workers of OJSC Naftan, to the CEO of OJSC Naftan, was published by the "Basta!" Telegram channel:

- Naftan is not only a production capacity, financial and material flows. Naftan is, first of all, living people, workers and employees, professionals and specialists. Naftan is the residents of Navapolatsk, Polatsk and the surrounding area.

Naftan is a labor dynasty. Naftan means people who have rooted in it, these are people who love and know this enterprise. People who have the right and need to be people, and to be called people.
