- Mass dismissals have started at Hrodna Azot OJSC. Already today, the plant's management has not extended the contracts of some workers without any explanation, - a reader of the Basta telegram channel from Hrodna writes.

- So far, it has started with members of the Belarusian Independent Trade Union. However, it is possible that the wave of layoffs will go on.

The question arises: for what reasons, if the employer gives no explanation? It is obvious that the company is going through very hard times. The management, working at a loss, is looking for ways to save money; as a result, the managers are tearing about in agony, once again shooting themselves in the knee.

When experienced professionals, who have given many years to the plant and have a long record of service, are laid off, the question of the plant's safety also arises. Apparently, unscheduled stops and the burning torch over Hrodna are not enough for them.

Every citizen of Belarus has to realize that when your friend is fired today, you might get fired tomorrow. The hungry regime is in hysterics. Its top officials have lost their minds, and it is time to show maximum solidarity with each other to be able to stand up for your rights.

Stand up for your right to work, stand up for your opinions, unite!

We are free people and they will never take that away. They won't stop us. Look how scared they are, they are being deprived of the means of subsistence. Their power is illegitimate and not recognized in the world. Their days are numbered.

We are the power. We are the future of Belarus. We only need to unite into one fist and throw out this old, collective farm, decaying group of impostors!
