The coat of arms of the region "Pahonia" has been dismantled from a building in the centre of Vitsebsk, reports Belsat.

Residents of the city are outraged and can't understand in whose flesh the coat of arms, which was adopted in 2009 and had been hung on the building for 12 years, was a thorn.
