Russian Women Massively Selling Husbands To Military Commissars For Money

Russian women are demanding the mobilization of all alimony debtors.

Russian citizens are selling out their husbands en masse to military commissars to be sent to the war in Ukraine. Lots of them are counting on "military" payments from which money will be written off to pay overdue alimony.

According to the Verstka newspaper, businesswoman Liliya Sergeyeva has not been paid by her ex-spouse for years for their only daughter.

The man owed a million rubles, another million in penalties for non-payment was charged by the court. However, the situation has not changed: the man does not have a penny or real estate behind him that could cover the debt. In retaliation for inaction, Sergeyev's ex-wife decided to sell him out to the military.

"I don't know how effective this mechanism is, but why not? Now I'm thinking of contacting the governor and the military prosecutor's office as well," she said.

Another Russian woman, Svetlana Mikhailova, a mother of four children, went to the military enlistment office in person to complain about her ex-husband, who is not involved in her children's lives and has not paid child support for a long time.

The woman hopes that after her ex-husband is sent to the war, she will be able to recover at least part of her debt. She added that this would not be fair if the man with whom she is raising the children was taken to the war, rather than her ex-husband.

Sergei Mironov, a Duma deputy, confirms the mass complaints of women. According to him, alimony arrears in Russia amount to 150 billion rubles. "Many women are now writing to me: 'Mobilise all alimony debtors to war! In total, about 2 million people in Russia are obliged to pay alimony, and the arrears exceed 150 billion rubles. Not bad!" Mironov commented.

He is sure that the authorities may solve the problem on the legislative level and transfer the base of debtors to the Russian Ministry of Defense and then to military registration and enlistment offices.

By the way, some women confess that they are so fed up with "poverty" that if the parasite husbands don't come home from the front, it will be even better.
