'Deputy Gauleiter' Blown Up In Berdyansk

The explosion occurred near his house.

The so-called "first deputy mayor for foreign policy and mass communications" Pavlo Ishchuk was blown up in Berdyansk in Zaporizhzhia region on Monday, October 31.

This was reported by Russian propaganda media, Glavred writes. It is noted that the alleged collaborator was blown up near his house. An explosive device, which was allegedly stuffed with metal balls or nails, exploded there.

Russian Telegram channels reported that the collaborator was taken to hospital. He is conscious but his condition is assessed as serious.

The explosion in Berdyansk was reported by locals around 5:30 p.m. on October 31. Strong sounds were heard in different corners of the town.

The following is known about the collaborator Pavel Ishchuk.

Ishchuk was previously a Ukrainian journalist and editor-in-chief of the Gorod newspaper. Since 2013, he also worked as a press secretary for the town mayor.

The 50-year-old collaborator is now listed in the Peacekeeper database as a traitor to the homeland who collaborates with the Russian occupiers.

Earlier, it was reported that there had been an explosion at a hotel in temporarily occupied Kherson, where Russian propagandists and ex-regionist Oleksiy Zhuravko, who had called on Russia to "bring the special operation to an end and reach the western borders of Ukraine to liberate the country from nationalists", had been living there.

We remind you that there was a powerful explosion in the temporarily occupied town of Enerhodar in Zaporizhzhia Region at the Alisa hotel. It was the hotel that the collaborators and Russian occupiers loved - they used it all the time.
