Russian Flag Disappear From Kherson Regional Administration Building

Russian checkpoints in Chornobaivka and Stepanivka have also disappeared.

Russian Telegram channels reported that the Russian flag that had been hovering above the building of the regional administration of occupied Kherson had disappeared.

Later, the head of the Kherson regional council, Yuri Sobolevsky, confirmed that the photo of the regional administration building was taken today, November 3.

"Kherson was, is and will be only Ukrainian. And if not us, you will take off your rags," Sobolevsky stressed.

The Russian army has also left its checkpoints in Chornobaivka, Stepanivka and Bilozerka.

Earlier, the Dnieper crossing in Russian-occupied Kherson was closed.

The Russian-appointed "administration" of Kherson Region, which had earlier called for all residents to evacuate from the right bank of the Dnieper to the left, announced on Wednesday that it was cutting off transport services - both road and almost entirely river traffic.
