Enterprise Of Ukrainian Oligarch Who Used To Cooperate With Lukashenka Nationalized

Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta of Kolomoyski are also transferred into the ownership of the Ukrainian state.

Ukraine has decided to nationalize some large companies. We are talking about strategically important companies related to Ihor Kolomoyski, Vyacheslav Boguslayev and other businessmen.

This was reported by Ukrayinska Pravda citing shareholders and sources in the National Commission for Securities and Stock Market. The decision to impose compulsory alienation of the shares into state ownership was issued on November 6. According to the newspaper, it concerns:

Ukrnafta PJSC,

Ukrtatnafta,

Motor Sich,

AvtoKrAZ,

Zaporizhtransformator PJSC.

Ihor Kolomoyski and his partner will lose their shares in Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta. Vyacheslav Boguslayev, who was recently accused of state treason, controlled Motor Sich.

It should be noted that Boguslayev also cooperated with Lukashenka. In 2011, Motor Sich bought the Vorsha Aircraft Repair Plant. However, the cooperation did not succeed. In 2018, Lukashenka nationalized the enterprise.
