Daughter Of Na-Na Group Lead Singer Falls Into Coma After Performance In Minsk

She was taken to the intensive care unit with severe drug poisoning.

Na-Na lead singer Vladimir Politov, who returned from Minsk after the concert, told why his daughter had fallen into a coma. Prior to that, he performed with the Na-Na group in one of the entertainment facilities in the centre of Minsk at the weekend, falling in the middle of December 2022.

Vladimir Politov, Slava Zherebkin and Mikhail Igonin, who joined them, were delighting the audience with their decades-long proven musical "thrillers". At one point, some cool shots appeared in the social networks of many people present in the hall: the Na-Na sang their famous "Faina" so enthusiastically that it was simply impossible to sit on the chairs.

Alas, on his return to Moscow, Vladimir Politov received some tragic news: according to kp.ru, the singer was told that his only daughter Alena was in intensive care with severe drug poisoning. Alena is 22 years old and yesterday she was hospitalized in an emergency. Medics were forced to put her into a medically-induced coma and put her on a ventilator...

A day later her condition stabilised somewhat and she was disconnected from the ventilator.

"She regained consciousness but is still in intensive care. There is no idea yet when she will be discharged," Politov said.

The artist, who had an opportunity for a very short talk with his daughter, explained: Alena really, as it was written in the media, poisoned by antidepressants, by mistake, she exceeded the required dose prescribed by the doctor. The actor stressed that the tragedy occurred by mistake and there is no reason to say that the girl was poisoned on purpose.

Alena is the only daughter of Vladimir Politov, she was born in 2006. Despite the fact that the artist divorced his first wife Olga, he was able to maintain a good relationship with his daughter. In recent years, the girl lived in Moscow, in a flat that her father bought especially for her.
