Girkin Harshly Pokes Fun At Medvedev

The ex-DPR militant leader has sneered at the "forecast" for 2023.

Igor Girkin-Strelkov, the former "defense minister" of the self-proclaimed fake quasi-state formation of "DPR," has snidely poked fun at former Russian President and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, who fancies himself an astrologer and made a "forecast for 2023," Dialog.UA reported, citing the TG channel of the former militant leader.

Girkin believes that Medvedev has decided to take the place of the Kremlin's "buffoon", which became vacant with the death of LDPR head Vladimir Zhirinovsky.

"Dimon has decided that the prospect of a 'successor to Himself' is too dangerous in the current times. So something very silly must be put out so that the competitors will calm down and breathe a sigh of relief. It is much safer to claim the position of "replacement for Zhirik". In addition, the former "DPR defence minister" laughed at Medvedev's famous phrase "There is no money, but you hang in there and stay in a good mood!", comparing it to Zhirinovsky's gems.

"It lacks unrestrained hysterical expression, drooling in all directions and public defaming by action of opponents, but if carefully rehearsed..." Girkin continued to mock Medvedev.

He added that "Dimon" has a chance to take the jester's vacancy, just needs to "refine his stage persona a bit".
