Ukraine Stops Transit of Belarusian Potash Fertilizers

The restrictions will affect the products of Belaruskali and Belarusian Potash Company.

The State Administration of Railway Transport of Ukraine (Ukrzaliznytsia) introduces temporary restrictions on the transit of Belarusian potash fertilizers through Ukraine to the CIS and Baltic countries from February 16, according to the website of the railway company.

The restrictions will affect the products of Belaruskali and Belarusian Potash Company. There is no information on the period of the restrictions.

The transit of Belarusian potash fertilizers through the territory of Ukraine is carried out mainly to Turkey, as well as to Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Austria, the liga.net portal writes.
