The Defenders of Kyiv Destroyed An Enemy Column Near The "Beresteiska" Metro Station

The capital of Ukraine met the morning without enemy breakthroughs.

During the night there were no breakthroughs of the Russian military in Kyiv, the CHP-6 in Troieshchyna is safe. At the Beresteiska metro station, an offensive against a military unit was repelled and an enemy column of equipment was stopped.

This was announced by the deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration Andrii Krishchenko at about 4:40 on February 26, nv.ua reports.

"There are no breakthroughs in the city. Now the CHP-6 in Troieshchyna is safe, and there is no information about the alleged undermining of bridges yet," Krishchenko said in a comment to Suspilny on Saturday, February 26.

At the same time, he noted that an explosion had previously occurred in a military unit near the Shuliavska metro station, the cause is under investigation. He added that the city authorities are considering the option of an air strike or artillery fire.

At the same time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the defenders of Kyiv managed to repel the offensive against the military unit at the Beresteiska.

In addition, a column of the occupier's equipment was stopped near the Beresteiska.

"At the Beresteiska metro station, the 101st brigade destroyed a column: 2 cars, 2 trucks and a tank. Everything is calm, all of them were put down," the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
