The Process Of Disconnecting Russia From SWIFT Has Begun

All European countries agreed to the imposition of this sanction.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that the process of disconnecting Russia from SWIFT has begun.

“The official decision has not yet been formalised, but technical preparations have begun. We have been nibbling and nibbling and we have succeeded. All Ukrainian diplomacy worked - from the President of Ukraine to the attaché at the Ukrainian embassy. Ukrainian diplomats dedicate this victory to all the defenders of Ukraine. To the adoption of a decision and the implementation of this sanction,” the minister wrote.

At the moment, the formal consent of all European countries has been received to disconnect Russia from SWIFT.

The decision to disconnect Russia will be made within a few days, according to Reuters.
