Saboteurs in Mykolaiv Region Put Down Arms and Surrendered to Locals

In the Mykolaiv region, four members of a sabotage and reconnaissance group of Russian invaders surrendered to locals.

The National police reported on this.

Thus, the saboteurs were defeated in a battle on the administrative border of the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. Their convoy was completely defeated by the Ukrainian army.

The Russians reported they were members of the 33rd Regiment from Volgograd Region. The guys are between 18 and 29 years old.

"They say they thought they had come for military exercises, and when they saw what was going on, they decided to surrender. The saboteurs had their documents confiscated, and now the persons are being thoroughly checked; all the circumstances are being clarified," law enforcement officials noted.
