The moral and psychological state of the Russian aggressor remains at a low level.
The enemy has made little progress in the offensive and focused its on reinforcement and retention of the previously occupied lines. Russian terrorists are setting up their firing positions on civilian infrastructure. The AFU General Staff's operational briefing says.
"The morale and psychological state of the enemy remains at a low level. It causes the refusal of the Russian Armed Forces to carry out the orders of the command. According to available information, a military camp of the Belgorod military commandant's office is located on Russian territory in Belgorod. The camp holds Russian servicemen who have been discharged after treatment in hospitals and are awaiting transportation to their units. RF military personnel who refuse to take part in combat operations are also in the said camp. They are subject to pre-trial investigative measures," says the morning report.
The General Staff also spoke out about the involvement of the Belarusian army in combat actions against Ukraine. Citing a high official of the Belarusian special operations forces, it is reported that the Belarusian special forces will not take part in the war.
