The Ukrainian armed forces continue to repel the enemy with dignity. Thus, they managed to destroy a Russian group from the 59th Tank Regiment of the Western Military District operating in the direction of Kharkiv.

This is reported by the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleg Sinegubov, in his Telegram channel. He noted that the Ukrainian fighters do not allow the enemy to advance.

Oleg Sinegubov also said that two enemy planes had been shot down near Izyum. In addition, he recalled a curious case when a Russian helicopter was shooting at their own positions. Naturally, it only served our fighters well.

At the same time, during the last 24 hours, Russian mercenaries carried out 55 strikes. In the region, there was an increased activity of launching "Grads" and "Uragans". We are talking about 240 strikes.

In the evening, the enemy shelled the Kharkiv airport terminal. It did so twice from MLRS. The Metro supermarket was also shelled. As Oleg Synegubov pointed out, it was another object that the mercenaries thought might have some military significance.
