'Kadyrovites Go Behind, While People Without Experience Thrown Into Battle'

The head of the Luhansk regional military administration spoke about the retreat-blocking detachments in the Russian troops.

As you know, the occupiers send not only their own citizens to the war in Ukraine, but also people from the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas and Luhansk region. Although they all lack even basic combat experience.

Serhiy Haidai, the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, announced this on air at Channel 24.

According to him, it is the Kadyrovites who are throwing inexperienced residents of Donbas into battle.

Haidai noted that the Kadyrovites are trying to create a picture of how they are destroying the Ukrainian army, but in fact they have not yet gone anywhere, so now they are simply destroying cities by shelling and bombing from aircraft, and also using mobilized men from Donbas.

"They have no choice, because they either go to war against Ukraine, or they get shot. It is the retreat-blocking detachments that are standing behind them who shoot them, and these are the Kadyrovites," he stressed.

Also, the head of the Luhansk regional military administration stressed that the newly mobilized men were simply abducted in the occupied territories of Ukraine and sent to war.

"They are not soldiers, after all. They don’t know how to fight at all. How to fight, how to behave with weapons, but they are thrown into battle," Haidai added.
