The saboteur comes from the Belarusian Gomel.
A Russian citizen was detained with explosives in Rivne. The 42-year-old man was unable to pronounce the word "palyanitsa".
This is reported by the patrol police of the Rivne region, reports Censor.net.
Back on March 22, the police received a call from an indifferent resident of the Rivne region regarding a suspicious man. According to the complainant, he was driving a Skoda Octavia with state number plates registered in the Rivne region on Slovatskogo street. The car was overloaded.
The 42-year-old native of Gomel was confused and could not explain the purpose of his stay in Rivne. During a cursory inspection, the inspectors found a notebook and records, which aroused suspicion, and a roll of scotch tape with an unknown substance, probably an explosive.
"The man could not pronounce the word 'palyanytsa'; he says the word means a construction with beams. Patrol officers called the SSU workers to the scene, who later found the Russian citizen's passport to travel abroad, an internal Russian passport, a Russian military ID card, documents confirming real estate in Russia and Crimea, as well as an administrative report drawn up on him by the Russian Federal Security Service," the report said.
Today, SSU officials announced that he was suspected of illegal use of explosives.
