Riot In Dagestan: Caucasians Refuse To Fight Against Ukraine

Soldiers prefer to defect just to avoid going to war.

Mercenaries from the Caucasus refuse to go to war in Ukraine. They have started to understand that it is not their war and they do not want to die for Russia.

This is evidenced by the private correspondence of an invader from Dagestan, provided by the SBU and published in the "Armed Forces of Ukraine. War with the Occupiers" Telegram.

The chat participants were discussing the recruitment of volunteers for the war in Ukraine, with one of them, according to reports, already on the territory of our country .

He reported that Russia had very heavy losses in the war. Because of this he was hesitant to fight because he would be jailed for desertion. To which he was replied that it was better to serve time than to be killed.

"This is not our war. Let the Russians, if they want, fight themselves," said one of the participants of the conversation.

"The Russians use us, they do everything with our hands," responded another, adding that the pay for the natives of the Caucasus is also expected to be low.

We remind you that this is not the first time Russian soldiers have refused to carry out the criminal orders of their commanders. Earlier, more than 100 servicemen of the 200th separate motorized rifle brigade (Pechenga) refused to participate in the "special operation".

Earlier it was also reported that a Russian military unit of special forces which had served in Syria refused to take further part in the attempt to storm Mariupol.
