The Ukrainian Armed Forces Telegram channel published a photo of it.
The photo shows the cap of a Russian sailor on a rock near the shore.
"The first caps of the drowned Rashists from the Moskva cruiser have driven in-shore in Odessa," the message reads.

The crew of the Russian missile cruiser Moskva, according to Wikipedia, was 510 people.
Why did the Moskva cruiser sink
On 13 April, a fire broke out on the Russian missile cruiser Moskva of the Russian Black Sea Fleet because it was hit by missiles of the Ukrainian anti-ship system Neptun.
On 14 April, an adviser to the head of the presidential office, Oleksiy Arestovych, said that the Moskva cruiser had sunk. The official described the situation as the biggest defeat for the Black Sea Fleet since World War II.
At first, the Russian Defence Ministry confirmed only serious damage to the ship. Not saying that the ship was sinking or had been hit by Ukrainian Neptune missiles.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed that troops had hit the Moskva cruiser with a Neptune missile. The ship sustained serious damage and began to sink.
According to the Daily Mail, the Ukrainian Armed Forces were able to destroy the Russian cruiser Moskva after the ship's defence systems switched their attention to the TB2 drones lifted into the sky to serve as decoys and failed to notice the approaching Neptune missiles.
While the hit cruiser still retained buoyancy, they attempted to transport it to Sevastopol. However, late in the evening of April 14, the Russian Ministry of Defence issued a statement saying that the Moskva cruiser had sunk.
