Zelensky's Office has revealed certain details.
Even if Lukashenka orders the Belarusians to advance, they are unlikely to help Russia. This was stated by Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Oleksiy Arestovich, ТСН reports.
“There is no need to worry about Belarus. When there is something to worry about in that direction, I will record a separate video and say that it is time to start worrying,” Oleksiy Arestovich assures.
The Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President says that the Belarusian army will not go on the offensive until there is a large contingent of the Russian army there.
According to Arestovich, the Russians understand that Belarusians do not want to fight for them. They will either go over to the side of Ukraine, or lay down their weapons and military equipment, or be neutral.
Belarusians can advance only when the Russian army surrounds them. However, this requires 20,000 Russian military, which Russia does not yet have. After all, it is known that now the invaders are transferring their troops from the Donetsk direction to Kherson and Melitopol, because they are afraid of the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“And if the Russians transfer a small amount to Belarus and tell Belarusians to attack, then they can still arrange a small “mousetrap” for the Russians on the territory of Belarus,” said the Adviser to the Head of the President’s Office.
