Belarus Banned Polish Clothing Brand Sinsay Again

Is Bellegprom afraid of the competitor?

Belarus again banned children's clothing from the popular Polish brand Sinsay. The State Committee for Standardization and Metrology gave the details to the Komsomolskaia Pravda newspaper.

So, as a result of the check, the clothes of the Polish brand Sinsay fell under the ban on sales in Belarus. The issue is that the clothes "did not pass the safety and quality verification".

For example, they banned the sale of a number of children's windbreakers from the nursery and preschool groups due to "low water absorbency" - about 0.9% - 1.2%, with a norm of 6% for the lining.

For the same reason - "low water absorbency" - they were not allowed to sell dresses for girls. It is the same with trousers for both preschoolers and schoolchildren. Water absorbency of children's pants was 1.2% and 1.5% at a rate of at least 4% and 6%, respectively.

Also, due to “unacceptably low water absorbency”, Belarus will not allow Sinsay children’s sets and pyjamas for girls to be sold.
