Explosions In Nova Kakhovka: Crossing Near Hydroelectric Power Plant Hit

Locals report powerful "fireworks".

Temporarily occupied Kherson region "salutes" the AFU. Powerful explosions were heard near Nova Kakhovka, there is preliminary information about "arrivals" near the Kakhovka hydropower plant, where the occupants tried to set up a crossing to the right bank of the Dnieper River.

The Kherson-based publication Kavun.City reported loud explosions in Kakhovka and Kalanchak late in the evening of September 13.

A video from Nova Kakhovka (a microblog on Twitter of one of the authors of the "Come Back Alive" project) was released online, reporting on the functioning of the occupants' air defence system and precise "arrivals" at their positions.

According to preliminary, as yet unconfirmed information from the channel "Armed Forces of Ukraine. War with the Occupiers", the invaders had "serious problems" near the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant dam.

There are also reports that the occupiers' new crossing at Nova Kakhovka is "tired and laid down".

There is no official comment from the AFU General Staff or Kherson RMA on this matter yet. In an operational briefing, the spokesman for the UC South, Vladyslav Nazarov, noted that Ukrainian rocket launchers and artillery continue to keep fire control over the crossings and logistics centres in the occupied territory.
