In the decree on partial mobilization, published on the Kremlin website, after paragraph 6, paragraph 8 immediately follows.

If you open the text of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2022 # 647 “On the announcement of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation” on the official Internet portal of legal information of the Russian Federation, then after paragraph 6 comes paragraph 7.
