A Belarusian KGB agent monitored the northern border of Ukraine and leaked information about the movements of Ukrainian troops. He was sent to jail for 6.5 years for this.

Who is he?
The malefactor turned out to be a citizen of Belarus, who has a residence permit in Ukraine and has been living in the Rivne region for a long time.
The investigation found that he came to the attention of the Belarusian KGB as a former commander of a unit of the USSR Airborne Assault Forces, where he took an active part in combat operations in Afghanistan.
What did the Belarusian agent do?
The agent’s task was to collect data on the defence of the northern borders of Ukraine and the routes of movement of military vehicles.
The SSU officers detained an enemy comrade at his place of residence during another attempt to transfer intelligence to Belarus.
To carry out reconnaissance missions in the Rivne region, he walked around the border area and monitored the movement of the Defence Forces.
The court sent a KGB agent to jail
By the verdict of the Zarichcha District Court, the attacker was found guilty of disseminating information about the movement, movement or location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other armed formations of Ukraine.
He was sentenced to 6.5 years in prison.
Under the procedural guidance of the regional prosecutor's office, a complaint against the verdict of the first instance court was prepared to the Rivne Court of Appeal with a demand to increase the term of imprisonment.
