Budanov Forces 19 Russian Invaders To Surrender In Walkie-Talkie Conversation

The Russians did not expect to hear from the head of Ukrainian intelligence.

Head of the Defence Intelligence Kirylo Budanov forced 19 Russian occupiers to surrender by having a walkie-talkie conversation with them during one of the operations. Commander of the MANPADS group of the Artan special forces Oleksandr “Lutyi” spoke about this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

The Defence Intelligence special forces are often sent to missions where they will have to face a multiple advantage of the enemy, the media writes.

“Lutyi” noted that Budanov was directly involved in some of the operations.

“During one of the missions, the enemy assault group tried to simply leave the action area without fire damage, because they realized that they were no longer capable of resisting. Then Kirylo Budanov was present with us. Literally, in a personal conversation, just by talking on the walkie-talkie, he forced 19 Russians to simply surrender. This is incredible fortitude,” said the special forces soldier.

According to him, then all the Defence Intelligence soldiers felt “such a moral uplift” when they heard the voice of the head of military intelligence.

“After all, the majority did not realize that the head of the Defence Intelligence was with us in our sector,” explains “Lutyi”.
