This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
More than half of the wounded occupants who fought against Ukraine lost limbs. At the same time, 80% of Russians who are undergoing medical and social expertise have had legs amputated.
This was stated by Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Aleksey Vovchenko.
"About 54% of all those examined were recognised as disabled with amputation of limbs. This is such a vivid problem, it is a lot. We do not have such a percentage with amputation among civilian disabled people," Aleksey Vovchenko admitted.
